This is a God-centered ministry. His Word, His presence, His will, His way is the priority. 

Although we love people, we are not here to please people. We desire to please Him. 

We love people, not just ministry, and we are here to serve them in the way God has purposed for us. This goes for both those we minister to and those we minister with. 

We strive to foster and maintain healthy familial relationships. 

High quality, the best it can be, beyond average. 

Honest, responsible, dependable (do what you say), morally upright (again, not perfect, but tries to do the right thing more often than not), trustworthy. 

Cooperation, empathy, communication, respect (for everyone’s gifts, abilities, personalities). We are one body with many parts and different functions, yet we all work as one. 

Honest and open. If there is a problem, address it. If there is a need, express it. If there is an idea, share it. 

Friendly, generous, considerate 

Open to the Holy Spirit imparting creative ideas for ministry within the boundaries of our mission. 

We can COME to Jesus as we are, but He doesn’t want us to STAY as we are. We change into His image from glory to glory.
